How to use the Ticket Bot to submit your requests


đŸŽĢ Structured Ticket (Alternative)

Use this method when you want to select a specific ticket type with guided steps.

Type the command

In your group chat, type /openticket and send the message.

Select the ticket type

Click on one of the buttons to select your request type:

💰 Topup

Request balance top-up for your accounts

🆕 New Account

Request new advertising accounts

🔗 MCC Sharing

Request MCC sharing for accounts

📋 Other

Any other requests or issues

Reply with your details

After selecting the type, the bot will ask you to provide details.

âš ī¸ IMPORTANT: You must REPLY to the bot's message!

Swipe left on the bot's message (or long-press and select "Reply") and then type your details. If you just send a normal message without replying, the bot will NOT receive it!

Done! Wait for confirmation

The bot will confirm your ticket was created and notify you of any updates.

📝 Request Examples

You can include multiple items in a single ticket. Here are examples for each type:

💰 Topup Request

Format: Account Name - Account ID = Amount USD

Account Alpha - 123456789 = 500 USD
Account Beta - 987654321 = 1000 USD
Account Gamma - 456789123 = 750 USD

🆕 New Account Request

Format: Name - Timezone - Currency - First Topup - MCC to share

ClientABC1 - Europe/Rome - EUR - 500 - MCC 123456789
ClientABC2 - America/New_York - USD - 1000 - MCC 123456789
ClientABC3 - Europe/London - GBP - 750 - MCC 987654321

🔗 MCC Sharing Request

Format: Account Name - Account ID share on MCC XXXXXXXXX

Account Alpha - 123456789 share on MCC 999888777
Account Beta - 456789123 share on MCC 999888777
Account Gamma - 789123456 share on MCC 111222333

📋 Other Requests

Describe your request clearly

Please check account 123456789 - it shows "Account suspended" error.
Need assistance to understand the issue and possible solutions.

📊 Ticket Status

Your ticket will have one of these statuses:

🟡 PENDING — Ticket received, waiting to be processed
đŸ”ĩ IN PROGRESS — Someone is working on your request
đŸŸĸ COMPLETED — Your request has been fulfilled
🔴 ERROR — There was an issue (check the reason)

You will receive a notification in the group whenever your ticket status changes.
